As always, fairs are a very exhausting, but greatly gratifying experience. Again we met a lot of nice people, had some intense and insightful discussions and to were able to present our products the best way possible.

Unfortunately we couldn't repeat the highlight of 2016, were one of our tents won the OutDoor Industry Award at the OutDoor Show in Friedrichhafen. But we'd like to congratulate our Australian team at ORA in Sydney, that won the overall best stand award for Skanfriends.

So, all in all it's been great a great time. Looking forward to seeing you all again next year.

Please welcome our new team members Bernward Elsel and Christian Grebien.

Bernward has been a known face in the industry for the longest time and we're very proud and happy that we could convince him to join Skanfriends. He will be in charge of our account department for our premium brands Wechsel and Uquip, and we are sure that Bernward will be able to use his knowledge of the hotly contested outdoor market to bring us to the next level.

Christian Grebien, however, will join Skanfriends as a junior buyer, helping our buying department on the other side of the production line. With his extensive experience as a former sales man at a big German outdoor store, he is just right to give some fresh impulses for our product developers.

Skanfriends is proud partner of some of the most appealing and beautiful festivals in Europe, especially the Smukfest in Skanderborg (Denmark).

As a reliable partner Skanfriends provides the tent that are used as the so-called "Hotelts" - tents that are already built up when the visitors arrive at the festival. Of course, the visitors are welcome to take the tent with them after the festival is over. So they not only enjoying a great festival but also get a nice and highly usable souvenir.
